This barn was full of crates from Radford Ordinance Works located near Blacksburg, VA. The company opened in 1940 and was a military contractor for explosives. The location where these crates originated is now entered into the EPA’s website as a Superfund cleanup site.




This week I photographed an abandoned home in Caledonia, Wisconsin. It was built in the mid 1920s and left abandoned since the late 1970’s.






That previous post on education policy was a bit deep. Here is a pic of me downing a formidable Wurst. Oh those Germans… so Freudian with their food.
